Harassment and Bullying
Harassment is unwanted conduct related to a protected characteristic that has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity, or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.
Bullying is offensive, intimidating, malicious, or insulting behaviour, or an abuse or misuse of power, that undermines, humiliates, or causes physical or emotional harm to someone.
If you experience or witness harassment or bullying, you should raise it under the grievance procedure. The company takes all complaints seriously and will investigate promptly and confidentially.
Breaches
Any employee found to have committed an act of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will face disciplinary action, which may include dismissal for gross misconduct.
